We want you to love every piece from Aura & After. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Dm or email us at info@auraandafter.com with your order number.
- Include photos of the damaged item and a brief explanation.
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is ours.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- No returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong sizing
- General dissatisfaction
- For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale.
